While it is certainly not a five-star establishment, the staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly. They even allowed guests to leave their keys behind the desk when going out for drinks, which was a great way to ensure that keys were not lost. Although some reviews have mentioned the small size of the bathroom, I personally did not find this to be an issue. After all, who would want to take a long, steamy bath in the beautiful weather of Benidorm? Overall, I had a wonderful experience at this hotel and would definitely consider staying there again in the future. If you have inflatable toys for the kids for the pool the life guard won't let you use them in the pool either.
